Im currently playing/watching waljthroughs of the series. None of the games are really as good as persona 5. I played p3r and now im early into p5r and so far, the long boring intro of p5r was better than all of tartarus.

Easily Mr. Chad himself, Yu Narukami. The small bits of personality that we get inside the game is always nice to see, but the anime version of Narukami is hella funny. Also, his fight with Elizabeth in Arena, on the brink of passing out yet becomes heavily boosted by his friends, so much so that it got Elizabeth freaked out is badass. Can't forget that Elizabeth one shotted the literal manifestation of the fear of death (I think that's what Erobas was..?), so to have her in fear of your power says quite alot. Overall, he's goofy and I resonate with him alot.

P3 protag is literally the messiah and the only one who got the world and finding the answer of life

Honestly, I don’t think Mastema should have made the cut if it meant leaving out Yuzuru. (Not that it matters for me. I got exactly who I wanted with Aogami.)

I only played p5r soooo ig my number one is p5! Not even the royal part cuz i didnt know about the requirements lol. I really liked it tho so I ordered p3 reload and its coming in the mail today!
